Why should I book using this site?
By booking using this website you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking.
What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

What is the earliest I can Check-in?

Standard check-in time is 1pm

Can I arrive late?

Yes, please give us a call if you are wanting to arrive after 7pm

Do you have undercover parking?

Yes, every room has undercover parking.

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms at Raintree Motel are non-smoking.

Our Restaurant is currently undergoing renovations, we will advise when we reopen.
Do you have Foxtel?

No, but our smart TV’s are connected to the internet so that you may access Netflix, YouTube etc.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

Yes, to all of our rooms.

Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

Yes, we have an undercover area for motel guests to relax and enjoy.

How close are you to the shops?

2 minutes by car to Biloela’s Town Centre.

How close are you to restaurants?

Raintree Motel has a Licenced Restaurant and Bar (currently closed for renovations). We are also within 2-5 minutes by car to number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Dominos, KFC, Chinese and Thai. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.

How do I guarantee my booking?

Credit card details are required to secure room booking.
